Job Description

Dynamic AS Group is seeking a motivated and ambitious Team Leader Trainee to join our growing organization in Cleveland, OH. This position is designed for individuals who are looking to develop leadership skills, gain hands-on business experience, and prepare for future management opportunities.

As a Team Leader Trainee, you will work closely with experienced professionals, participate in leadership development initiatives, and learn the core functions of team coordination, employee support, and operational excellence.
