It is our mission to help our clients develop strategies to optimize their use of space and resources resulting in maximum benefits; we also deliver quality data and analysis to support our client’s daily facility operations, planning, and compliance programs. We are looking for a Sr. General and Operations Manager in San Diego, California.


**Contingent Upon Contract Award** 


Summary

Leads organizational operations across multiple FRCSW departments, setting priorities, directing resources, and ensuring alignment with command objectives. Oversees policies, workflow optimization, and cross-department coordination. Provides executive-level guidance, resolves operational issues, manages mission-critical initiatives, and ensures that personnel, materials, and processes support production, engineering, and business functions efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Direct day-to-day operations and workforce activities.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and strategic plans.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination with engineering, logistics, and IT teams.
  • Ensure compliance with FRCSW, NAVAIR, and DoD regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of senior-level management experience in defense, logistics, or aviation support environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale technical or administrative programs.
  • Must possess an active Secret Clearance - Required
