Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff for the SVP of Product Marketing, you will play a defining role in building and scaling a centralized business operations function across a global and transforming team.  This is not a "maintenance" role. We are in an exciting, fast-growing organization and you will sit at the critical intersection of planning, operations, process design, change management, and employee engagement. We are looking for someone with a can-do, builder attitude who can bring structure, velocity, and consistency to how our organization executes and evolves.

What You’ll Do
•    Manage the Rhythm of the Business & Action Tracking: Lead the execution of our operating cadences and key forums; proactively track decisions, milestones, and cross-functional deliverables to ensure accountability and drive actions to completion.
•    Operationalize Planning & Resource Management: Partner closely on annual, mid-year and quarterly planning cycles. Stand up and run core operational models for end-to-end budget management to keep the global organization fiscally aligned.
•    Champion Operational Rigor & Scale: Implement and maintain consistent processes, performance tracking frameworks, and dashboards to bring structure and visibility across all IPPM initiatives.
•    Enable Capability & Skill Transformation: Partner with leadership to roll out and operationalize training and development programs aimed at leveling up skills and capabilities across a transforming global organization.
•    Drive Organizational Communications & Strategic Initiatives: Manage internal communication channels to foster team engagement, information-sharing and community building, while supporting the Chief of Staff on prioritized, high-impact cross-functional strategic initiatives.
