What are the requirements for this position?
· You have prior experience in a quality luxury hotel, restaurant, or bar brand
· You proven achievements in optimizing guest and team member engagement
· You have experience in successfully leading a fast-paced environment and prioritizing demands
· You have the ability to plan and execute guest experiences
· You have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
· You have working knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, financials, and budgeting systems with a clear understanding of cost controls and driving topline revenue.
· You are able to maintain a professional & appropriate business appearance
· You demonstrate a passion for people with a strong network of contacts within the local events and restaurant/bar industry
Physical Requirements for this Position
You must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time as the job dictates.
Travel Requirements
This position will require little to no travel.
Pay Scale: $13.09 - $15.63/hour
