Position Summary

As the General Manager, you'll lead all aspects of restaurant operations—from developing your team and delivering exceptional guest experiences to driving financial performance and growing your business. You'll create a culture of accountability, hospitality, and teamwork while coaching others to reach their full potential.

What You'll Do

  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Lead daily restaurant operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Coach and inspire Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members.
  • Drive sales, profitability, labor, food cost, and inventory performance.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, food safety, and company policies.
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, staffing, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Execute local marketing initiatives and community engagement.
  • Review financial results and develop action plans to improve performance.
  • Build a positive, inclusive culture where people love to work.
What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of restaurant management experience.
  • Proven leadership and team development skills.
  • Strong business acumen, including budgeting, scheduling, labor, and P&L management.
  • Current ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain).
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency.
Physical Requirements

  • Stand for extended periods.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with varying temperatures.
  • Reliable transportation and communication.

Compensation: $45,000-$65,000 Salary Range
