Job brief

We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee all service staff and operations of the local business unit.

To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring our profits are on the rise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and execution of projects
• Schedule projects with the clients and crews
• Source and order supplies and materials for projects
• Hire, oversee, and manage crew leads and technicians
• Train and assess crews for proficiency
• Implement processes to drive efficiency
• Evaluate and improve service operations and financial performance
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
• Direct the employee assessment process
• Ensure staff follow health and safety regulations
• Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, call backs)
• Customer follow-up for satisfaction

 Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
• Experience in planning and project management
• Knowledge of business processes and functions (HR, procurement, operations, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding leadership skills
• Organized and attention to detail
• Able to prioritize while multitasking multiple jobs and crews 
• BSc/BA in Business or relevant field is a plus

 The right candidate will be in alignment with our core values and purpose Compensation: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
