We are looking for an Office Manager who will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative and operational functions to ensure a productive, efficient, and well organized workplace. This role serves as a key point of contact for internal staff, and vendors when appropriate, supporting leadership by managing office operations, processes, and resources.

 

This position is in-office at our Bank Headquarters located in Oak Creek, WI. Compensation: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day office operations, ensuring a professional, organized, and efficient work environment• Oversee office supplies, and equipment maintenance when applicable• Plan and coordinate key executive and department events• Creates and develops executive-level materials, documents, presentations, and projects • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficiency of processes• Foster a positive office culture and serve as a resource for employee needs• Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and streamline administrative processes• Develop and document office procedures and best practices• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel • Exemplary planning, time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills• Ability to perform and manage multiple assignments with accuracy and effectiveness• Successfully deal with unexpected events and moves constructively toward improvement • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload• High level verbal and written communications skills• Primarily office based with occasional lifting of office supplies• Standard business hours with occasional flexibility as needed
