Main Requirements:

  • Greet clients warmly and professionally as they arrive at our office 

  • Answer and direct phone calls with clarity and courtesy 

  • Perform administrative tasks including scanning, data entry, and preparing paperwork 

  • Ensure office supplies are fully stocked and organized 

  • Prepare and send client letters for various communication needs 

  • Support event logistics and help manage supplies and promotional materials 

  • Keep the office environment clean, organized, and presentation-ready 

  • Take miscellaneous tasks off advisors’ plates to free them up for client work
