Description

Burg Children's Dentistry is seeking a dedicated Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Vine Street location. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced pediatric dental environment and is passionate about creating a positive experience for patients, parents, and team members alike. Experience & Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee daily operations of the practice to ensure efficiency and organization 
  • Manage patient scheduling, billing processes, and administrative workflows 
  • Coordinate and support staff to promote strong team performance 
  • Supervise administrative functions and maintain operational standards 
  • Ensure a high level of patient care and exceptional customer service 
  • Foster a smooth, organized, and welcoming environment for patients and staff 
  • Serve as a key leader in maintaining office culture and overall practice success
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management

Requirements

  • Proven leadership or management experience, ideally in a dental or medical setting
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Passion for pediatric care and a patient-first mindset
  • Familiarity with dental software is a plus (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, etc.)
  • Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as defined.
