General Manager
Reports To: Director of Operations
Supervises: Subcontractors and employees in designated ARs
General Purpose of Position: As part of the management team, a General Manager works directly with the DOO to ensure the day-to-day management and operations expectations of the clients are being met. The General Manager helps with implementing strategies to improve efficiency and accuracy amongst all processes and procedures within the business in an effort to increase profitability. A General Manager is a leader and must have the ability to make informed decisions, solve problems in a critical and diligent manner, and effectively manage a designated area.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Responsible for ensuring the highest level of efficiency and organization amongst all processes and procedures.
Assists with orientation, training, coaching, and developing staff members to understand and execute operational expectations.
Responsible for ensuring all processes and procedures within the aera are being completed to company standards.
Responsible for the execution and organization of all paperwork relating to operations and procedures.
Oversees compliance of all app usage with established company policies and standards.
Maintains PFS vehicles to company standards.
Communicates with the clients, call center and accounts to establish workflow expectations within the area.
Upholds department goals, cleanliness, organization, and inventory management.
Provides support to employees when scheduling conflicts arise.
Keeps the DOO well informed of activities and significant issues.

Ability to develop and train workforce, build relationships, utilize skills of workforce most appropriately.
Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
Ability to manage area operations effectively and efficiently.
Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others, understand material, and provide instructions to staff members.
Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.
Requirements:
Available to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must have at least 3 years of high volume operations manager experience.
Availability to work the hours necessary in order to services the client's sites to the contract.
