We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of Urban Egg. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service to our guests
- Lead, motivate, and manage departmental managers and staff to meet performance standards
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies and safety standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion
- Optimizing profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs
- Hiring, training and developing new team members
- Increasing sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution
- Maintain an overall management style and professionalism in accordance with our established best practices

Requirements
- Minimum of (3) years GM experience in a full-service restaurant
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
- Experience mentoring and training hourly team members
- Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction to our team
