Scooter's Coffee in Evansville, IN is looking for an Amazing District Manager to lead the store managers of our 3 locations (Evansville, Mt. Vernon, and Jasper) and help our teams be Amazing!

As our District Manager, you will:

• Oversee the store managers of all 3 locations and keep them on task, motivated, and accountable
• Ensure every store and manager is prepped and ready for each promotional campaign and product launch
• Create and manage performance bonus programs that reward and develop our store managers
• Coach, train, and develop managers into Amazing leaders
• Travel between locations regularly to support your teams and uphold brand standards
