The Aviation Area Manager is responsible for overseeing janitorial, cabin, and passenger services across multiple airports in the Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma City regions. This role demands strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure high standards in cleanliness, customer service, and overall passenger experience. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in aviation services management, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 annual salary (US Dollars)

401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Operational Oversight:
- Manage daily operations of janitorial, cabin, and passenger services across designated airports to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Implement operational strategies that enhance service quality and efficiency across all service areas.
- Ensure compliance with aviation industry regulations and standards, as well as company policies.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, coach, and mentor managers and supervisors in various service departments, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, manage staff development, and handle personnel decisions including hiring, promotion, and disciplinary actions.
Client and Stakeholder Relations:
- Serve as the primary liaison with airport authorities, airlines, and other stakeholders in the regions.
- Attend meetings, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong professional relationships to uphold the company’s interests and reputation.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for all areas of responsibility, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Monitor financial performance, initiate cost control measures, and prepare financial reports for senior management.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Oversee the implementation of safety and quality control standards that meet or exceed regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Crisis Management:
- Develop and enforce emergency response plans and procedures for handling operational disruptions or security incidents.
- Ensure all staff are trained in crisis response and risk management practices.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in aviation services management, with at least 3 years in a multi-site management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, adept at problem-solving and strategic planning.
- Certifications: Professional certifications related to aviation management or service quality are highly desirable.
Working Conditions:
- Frequent travel within the Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma City regions is required.
- The role may require flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational needs.
