What You’ll Do

• Drive sales through customer engagement, follow-up, and closing deals
• Coach and support the team to meet performance goals
• Assist with customer accounts, agreements, and post-sale follow-up
• Support Store Manager in daily operations and store performance
• Maintain showroom standards, inventory accuracy, and customer experience
• Step in to lead the store when needed

Leadership

• Supervise and support a small team (1–3 employees)
• Provide coaching, feedback, and accountability
• Help train team members on sales and customer experience

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong background in sales or retail
• Proven ability to meet or exceed goals
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Results-driven, organized, and reliable

Schedule

Full-time (40 hours/week)

Monday–Friday: 10am–7pm, Saturday: 10am–6pm (required), Sunday: Closed
