Experience Required: 2+ years of treatment planning or management experience in dental.  Prior experience with Pediatrics or Orthodontic specialties a plus

OUR PRACTICE:  

Plainview Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics: 1109 Old Country Road, Plainview, NY 11803

HIRING SCHEDULE: 

  • Monday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm 
  • Tuesday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm 
  • Wednesday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm 
  • every other, Thursday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (Alternates with Saturday)
  • Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm  
  • every other, Saturday: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm (Alternates with Thursday)

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Lead the office alongside the Office Manager while upholding a high-level of concierge patient care above all. 
  • Maintaining accuracy of information regarding patient health records, insurance details, and procedure coding.  
  • Regularly collaborating with Office Manager for smooth daily operations. 
  • Present financial breakdowns to patients in accordance with provider’s treatment plan. 
  • Provide insight into the practice and support through direct reports, as needed 
  • Implementing policy changes as provided and maintaining compliance with mandated regulations. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Minimum two years' experience with treatment planning or management (pediatric or orthodontic practice experience a plus!)
  • Tech savvy - experienced with relevant practice management software 
  • Proficient in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annual salary + quarterly office bonusing opportunities
