As the Area Restaurant General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the daily operations of multiple dining venues, including full-service dining, quick-service dining, bars, etc. You'll oversee team members, ensure top-notch quality control, and maximize revenue across establishments. You'll uphold our commitment to exceptional service standards. Additionally, you'll handle guest inquiries and feedback, fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere among our team members. As a Area Restaurant manager, you will:
Maintain updated SOPs covering service standards, cash handling, food preparation, safety, purchasing, inventory control, and audit policies.
Train supervisors and staff to ensure consistent operational standards and ongoing skills development.
Implement training programs and sales incentives to drive revenue, improve check averages, and increase profitability.
Conduct performance evaluations and enforce disciplinary actions in alignment with company guidelines.
Oversee hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new employees according to company policies and health regulations.
Prepare and manage staff schedules and weekly revenue forecasts within budgeted labor guidelines.
Ensure efficient outlet operations, including inventory management, par stock maintenance, and beverage control compliance.
Deliver excellent service to owners and guests, ensuring a consistently positive dining experience.
