What You’ll Do:

• Provide prompt, courteous, top-of-the-line customer service to each and every guest acting as a key example to the rest of the team.
• Establish, build, and maintain work relationships with staff and regular customers.
• Assist management in the overall operations of the site.
  • Ensure employees meet uniform standards
  • Trains employees to follow ALL safety protocols and is always alert for potential hazards
  • Optimize efficiency by ensuring employees are deployed to the correct areas
  • Communicates all promotions to employees
  • CONTINUOUS EMPLOYEE PROGRESSION
• Help manage labor and production cost.
• Delegates tasks
• De-Escalate customer issues
• Jump in to help your team
• Contribute to overall site profitability
• Regular communication with Leadership
• Car wash tunnel maintenance.

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous Experience as a supervisor / team lead
• Ability to connect with employees and work together to achieve a common goal
• Open availability, including holidays.
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow directions.
• Can thrive in a fast-paced environment and the ability to switch tasks on the fly
