Office Manager Sigma Design is a product development, engineering, and manufacturing firm. Position Details:
The hiring range for this role is typically between $28.00 and $31.00 an hour, with the full range extending to $34.00 an hour, based on experience, internal equity, and career progression

Monday - Friday, day shift
Primary Function: The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations of the office, ensuring the workplace runs efficiently while supporting employees, visitors, and cross-functional teams. This role manages office logistics, provides administrative support, and helps coordinate activities related to facilities, employee support, and general office operations.
Essential Job Functions - Responsibilities:
Open and close the office, ensuring the workspace is prepared for daily operations
Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors by greeting guests, printing visitor badges, and directing inquiries
Answer and route incoming phone calls and maintain a professional front office presence
Manage office supply inventory and place orders to maintain adequate stock levels
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries, and coordinate outgoing shipments
Coordinate office maintenance, facilities requests, and vendor services as needed
Support procurement and general administrative needs for office employees
Coordinate with IT regarding office equipment, workspace setup, and technology support requests
Act as a resource for employees and escalate workplace concerns to leadership or HR when appropriate
Assist with office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities
Follow Business Technology policies to protect sensitive data and reduce information security occurrences.
Education and Experience: (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 3+ years of relevant administrative or office management experience required
Strong written and verbal English language communication skills
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and standard office systems
Demonstrated responsiveness, tact, diplomacy, sound judgment, and confidentiality in communications with employees, clients, and vendors
Strong written and verbal English language communication skills
Excellent teamwork/interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
Demonstrate commitment and adherence to Sigma Design Core Values

Work Environment Standard office environment with normal office related conditions. Occasionally may be required to travel as required to other facilities, clients, or suppliers.
